Which months a 2026–2027 planner covers
School years don't agree on when they start. US schools and colleges mostly start in August or early September, UK and Canadian schools in September, and Nigerian schools in September too, while Australian schools follow the calendar year. Choose the start month that matches yours, and 12 months takes you to the start of the next school year.
If you're starting partway through the year, you can start at January 2027 for the spring semester. The planner then runs to December 2027 and covers the start of the next school year as well. Planners are 12 or 18 months long, so there's no 9- or 10-month option, but the extra months are useful for summer plans.
What a student or teacher needs inside
On top of the linked year, month, week and day pages, the school planners add:
- Class schedules, a semester overview, and assignment, exam and grade trackers in the student planner and academic planner, so deadlines don't hide in the weekly pages.
- Weekly study planners and focus-session pages for revision.
- Lesson plans, a class roster, seating chart, attendance, gradebook and parent log in the teacher planner.
- A curriculum plan and weekly homeschool pages in the homeschool planner.
- Term goals with AI-written monthly milestones and weekly actions, such as raising a grade or finishing a project.
Monday or Sunday weeks, and term holidays
Choose Monday or Sunday as the first day of the week. Weekly pages are numbered from the week your planner starts, so Week 1 is your first week of term rather than the first week of the calendar year.
The builder prints public holidays and common observances for the US, UK, Canada, Australia or Nigeria. School term dates vary by school and district, so write those in yourself or add them to the monthly pages.
