Digital stickers for GoodNotes, Notability and Samsung Notes
Pro and Seller accounts can download a sticker book in each of our 13 themes: about 180 stickers as one PDF, or as single transparent PNGs ready for GoodNotes Elements. They're made to match the planners built here, and they work in any planner.
Sticker books are included with Pro and Seller. They aren't sold on their own.

- Banners, highlights and washi: To do, Priorities, Habits, Don't forget, Wins, and strips to underline or frame
- Icons and doodles: stars, hearts, drops, leaves, checks and flowers
- Date covers: numbered circles for days 1 to 31, plus weekday and month labels

- Colours and fonts from the theme you pick, so they match your planner

The Elements steps follow GoodNotes' own help article, checked in November 2026.
Notability
Open the sticker book as a note, lasso a sticker, copy it and paste it into your planner. Or add the PNGs to a page as images and resize them.
Samsung Notes and other Android apps
Save the PNGs to your tablet, then insert them on a page as images. The transparent background lets the planner page show through. Apps like Penly and Flexcil also take PNG images.
Selling with stickers
On the Seller plan you can add a matching sticker book to each planner you sell, as a bundle. The licence doesn't allow selling the stickers on their own.
Device notes.
GoodNotes
Lasso and paste from the book, or keep the PNGs in an Elements collection.
Notability
Lasso and paste from the book, or add PNGs as images.
Samsung Notes
Insert PNGs as images. Transparent edges keep it tidy.
E-ink tablets
Use the E-ink theme so labels stay readable in greyscale.
Questions people ask
How do I get stickers on GoodNotes?
Either import a sticker book PDF and copy stickers from it with the lasso, or add PNG stickers to a collection in the Elements tool. Both are explained step by step above.
Are these free GoodNotes stickers?
No. They're included with Pro ($29 a year, which also covers unlimited planners) and Seller. We don't sell or give away the sticker books on their own.
How many stickers do I get?
About 180 per book, and there's a book for each of the 13 themes. The exact number varies a little with the page size.
Will they match my planner?
Yes, if you pick the same theme. Stickers use that theme's colours and fonts.
Can I use them with a planner from another shop?
Yes, for your own use. They're standard PNG images and PDF pages.
