The sample above comes to 717 pages over 12 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.
Type a goal like one of these and the AI breaks it into a milestone for each month and a small action for each week, then prints them on your month and week pages. You read and edit every line before you download.
Your goal
Run a half marathon
Your goal
Train 4 times a week for 6 months
Write the goal on the fitness goals page and record personal bests for the lifts or runs you care about. These are your starting numbers.
The training plan has a box for each day plus one for recovery notes. Pencil in sessions around work, then copy them into the daily pages' workout box.
Use the workout log for sets, reps and load, and the cardio log for time and distance. A one-line note on how it felt helps you spot overtraining.
The weekly meal plan and grocery list make it easier to eat enough protein and prep food for busy days. It doesn't count calories.
The monthly sleep log and hydration tracker often explain a bad week better than the training does.
A fitness planner should cover training and the things that make training work: food, sleep and water. This one includes:
Daily pages with an hourly schedule, a workout box for exercises, sets and reps, a meals box, a water tracker and sleep and energy fields, plus a weekly page with the week's goal actions.
Fitness goals and personal bests, a weekly training plan, a weekly workout log and a monthly cardio log.
Weekly meal plans with prep-ahead lists, grocery lists and 20 recipe cards for meals you rely on.
A monthly water tracker with eight glasses a day, a simple check on one of the easiest things to forget.
A monthly sleep log with bedtime, wake time and quality, because recovery is where training pays off.
Track the small things that add up: steps, stretching, protein with every meal. Your own habits are printed on each month.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital fitness planner is easy to bring to the gym on an iPad mini or a small Android tablet, and the default Midnight Neon dark theme is easy on the eyes in a dim gym. Logging straight after a set means fewer forgotten numbers.
A printable fitness planner suits people who leave the tablet at home. Print the week's workout log and training plan on A5 and keep it in your gym bag; keep the meal plans on the fridge.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 736 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, 365 daily pages, the Fitness, Meals, Hydration, Sleep and Habits pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
