Cover and contents · 2 pages
A cover with your name and a linked contents page that every tab returns to.
Year overview · 1 page
The whole year on one page. Tap any date to open it.
Year goals · 1 page
Your goals and their milestones in one place, filled in by the AI if you use it.
Monthly calendars · every month
A month grid with a focus list and notes. Every date links to its day or week.
Weekly pages · every week
One page per week with your weekly goal actions and priorities.
Notes · 20 pages
Lined, dotted, grid or blank pages. You choose how many, up to 100.
The sample above comes to 207 pages over 12 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.
Type a goal like one of these and the AI breaks it into a milestone for each month and a small action for each week, then prints them on your month and week pages. You read and edit every line before you download.
Your goal
Leave school by 5pm three days a week
Your goal
Plan units two weeks ahead
Fill in the class roster with parent contacts and sketch each seating chart. There are two of each, so you can redo them after the first few weeks.
The weekly lesson plan is six periods by five days. Write the topic and one key activity in each cell; detailed notes can go on notes pages.
Each month has an attendance page with a row per student and a column per day, so absences are easy to count at report time.
Date, student, reason and follow-up. When a meeting comes up later in the year, you have the history in one place.
Fill in the substitute plan pages before you need them: where materials are, which students can help, and emergency procedures.
The gradebook pages have blank column headers, so you can track whatever you grade: quizzes, homework, reading levels. Write the headings once per term and add marks as you go, so report writing starts from records rather than memory.
Teachers need a planner that doubles as a record book. This one includes:
School-year month pages and a weekly page for every week, starting in August by default. Daily pages are off by default; switch them on to get a page per day with a period-by-period lessons table, reminders and a to-grade list.
Class rosters, seating charts, a weekly lesson plan, monthly attendance, gradebooks, a parent contact log and substitute plans.
Professional goals and quarterly resets, useful for appraisal targets or personal ones like leaving on time.
Project planners and meeting notes for department meetings, school trips and committee work.
Teaching is draining. A monthly wellness tracker and self-care menu are there to protect evenings and weekends.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital teacher planner keeps lesson plans, attendance and the gradebook on one iPad, and the tabs make it fast to switch between them mid-lesson.
A printable teacher planner suits teachers who prefer a binder on the desk. Print on US Letter or A4, and print extra attendance or gradebook pages as classes change. Both versions are included, so you can do lesson planning on the tablet and keep a printed attendance record.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

It starts in August and runs to July by default. In the builder you can choose any start month and year, including this month so you don't pay for pages that are already past, and a 12 or 18-month length. Switch to undated if you'd rather write the dates yourself.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
