A PDF planner you write in with a stylus inside a note-taking app such as GoodNotes, Notability or Samsung Notes. The tabs, calendar dates and week numbers are links, so you can jump around it like an app instead of scrolling through hundreds of pages.

You choose the planner type (there are 39), start month, 12 or 18 months, Monday or Sunday start, device size, theme, cover art, daily layout, habits, budget categories, subjects and add-on sections. If you want, the AI also writes your goals into the monthly and weekly pages. Your name and title go on the cover.

Usually between 200 and 900, depending on whether you include a page for every day, how many sections you add and how many notes pages you choose. The builder shows the page count as you go.

Yes. Choose undated in the builder and you'll get blank month and week pages to date yourself, so nothing goes to waste if you skip a week. See the undated planner.

Yes. Pick any start month and a 12 or 18-month span. Academic planners default to August, but you can change that too.

Any PDF annotation app that supports internal PDF links. On iPad that includes GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Collanote and ZoomNotes. On Android: Samsung Notes, Penly, Flexcil, Xodo and Noteshelf. On e-ink: reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox and Supernote, on recent software. See the devices and apps page for details.

Most apps only follow links when you're not in pen or writing mode. Switch to read or view mode, or tap with your finger if your app is set so only the stylus draws. Also make sure you imported the original download, not a re-saved or printed copy, which can strip the links out.

There are 5 digital sizes (iPad portrait and landscape, Android portrait and landscape, and e-ink) and 4 printable sizes (A5, A4, US Letter and Half Letter). Choose the one that matches your screen so pages fill it without grey bands.

Usually, yes. Choose the E-ink format, which uses the high-contrast E-ink Mono theme. reMarkable follows internal PDF links on recent software, Kindle Scribe supports links in PDFs sent to it, and Boox's NeoReader supports links. E-ink pages redraw more slowly, so a tap can take a moment.

Yes. Download a printable format sized for A5 or Half Letter binders, or full A4 and US Letter pages. Printable files have a wider inner margin for hole punching.

Your note app's sync handles that, for example GoodNotes with iCloud. If your devices have different screens, you can download the same planner in another format from your account.

You type up to six goals, with an optional reason and deadline. The AI breaks each goal into a milestone for every month and a short action for every week, plus a motto for each month, and they're printed on the matching pages. You can read and edit every line before you download.

Goal planning uses Google's Gemini API. Only the goal text you type, plus basic planner details like the start month and length, is sent. Your name, email and account details are not.

No. It's optional. Skip the goals step and you get a planner with blank goal pages to fill in yourself.

Yes. Once you've bought a planner or upgraded, you can export your milestones and weekly actions as a calendar file for Google or Apple Calendar, or as a CSV that imports into Notion.

A single planner is $9 once. Pro is $29 a year for unlimited planners. Seller is $19 a month for people selling planners. Hyperlinking a PDF you designed yourself is $5 per planner. See pricing.

Yes. Build your planner and flip through every page in your browser with a watermark. Tap the tabs and dates to check the links. You only pay when you want the clean PDF.

You can build and preview without one. To download, you'll create an account with your email, or sign in with Google, so your planner is saved and you can download it again later.

A single planner purchase covers that planner: change the theme, sections or goals and download it again. Next year, regenerate it with new dates at no extra cost, as long as it stays the same planner type. Pro and Seller include unlimited planners.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Email us within 14 days of buying. If a link or page is broken and we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full. Because the free preview shows the whole planner before you pay, we don't refund for a change of mind. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time. Read the refund policy.

From your account page, open billing and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Only on the Seller plan. It includes a commercial licence to sell planners you generate, as digital downloads or printed products in your own shop, plus your shop name on covers, mockup images and AI-written Etsy listings. Planners made on other plans are for personal use.

You can't resell planners as editable templates or source files, bundle them for other resellers, or claim the generator as your own. Cover art can be used inside the planners you sell, but not sold on its own. Read the commercial licence for the full terms.

Items you sold while subscribed stay licensed for those buyers. To keep selling new copies, you need an active Seller subscription.

Yes. Hyperlink my planner lets you upload your PDF, mark where the tabs are once, and adds the links to every page. The preview is free; downloading is $5 per planner, or unlimited on Seller.

We save your planner settings to your account, so you can edit and re-download it. The PDF files themselves are generated when you download and aren't stored on our servers.

No. We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and no advertising trackers. See the privacy policy.

Yes. Delete it from your account page and your account and saved planners are removed. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.
