Weekly pages · every week
One page per week with your weekly goal actions and priorities.

The sample above comes to 132 pages over 12 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.
Type a goal like one of these and the AI breaks it into a milestone for each month and a small action for each week, then prints them on your month and week pages. You read and edit every line before you download.

List your own spending categories in the builder, up to 18. They're printed on every monthly budget page, so each month starts ready to fill in.
On the last weekend of the month, fill in expected income and a budget for each category. Check the bill tracker for anything that renews next month.
Copy purchases from your bank app onto the expense log on Sunday and Wednesday. Writing them by hand is slower than an app, and that's the point: you notice where money goes.
Sinking funds cover the costs that aren't monthly, like car repairs or holiday gifts. Put a small amount aside for each every month so they stop wrecking a budget.
Fill in actual totals, see what's left in each category, and colour in your savings or debt-payoff squares. Adjust next month's budget from what you learned, not from what you hoped.
A month to month budget planner needs a page for every month and somewhere for the money that doesn't fit into a month. This one includes:
Month calendars where you can mark bill due dates, and a weekly page in vertical columns for planning paydays and spending days. There are no daily pages, so the whole year stays short and quick to move around.
A monthly budget with income and your own categories, an expense log and a bill tracker with autopay and paid columns, for every month.
Savings trackers with 100 squares, sinking funds, debt payoff pages, no-spend challenges, a subscriptions audit and net-worth snapshots.
Money goals with milestones, such as an emergency fund or a debt-free date, and quarterly resets to check progress.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A printable budget planner is popular because many people like doing money with pen and paper. Print one month at a time on A4 or US Letter so there is room to write figures, and keep the savings and debt pages at the front of the binder.
A digital budget planner is easier to keep with you, so you can log a purchase while you're still in the shop. Either way, it's a handwriting planner: it doesn't connect to your bank or add up totals for you.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

It's a handwriting planner, so you fill in the numbers. Many people pair it with their banking app and use the planner to review and reflect.
There is a free preview: build this budget planner and flip through every page in your browser, with a watermark. Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the month to month budget planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 151 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Budget, Savings & Debt and Goals pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
