Custom Digital Planner turns the planner you have in your head into a fully linked PDF in about a minute, sized for the tablet or paper you actually use.

Why we made it

Most digital planners are one design sold to everyone. They start in January whether or not your year does, include dozens of trackers you'll never use, and come in a single size that leaves grey bars on many tablets. The pages are blank, so the goals you wrote in the front tend to stay there.

The alternatives are slow. Hiring a designer takes days. Building your own in Canva or Keynote is easy until you reach the hyperlinks: hundreds of tabs and dates that each have to point at the right page.

So we built a generator instead. You choose the kind of planner, the dates, the device, the look and the sections, and it draws every page and every link for you. If you want, it also breaks your goals into monthly milestones and weekly actions and prints them where you'll see them.

How it works

  • Generated, not templated. Each planner is drawn on our server from your settings, so a teacher gets lesson plans and a gradebook and a nurse gets shift logs and handover notes.
  • Linked throughout. Tabs on every page, clickable calendar dates, week links, a home link and a PDF outline.
  • Yours to change. Your settings are saved, so you can update a planner or regenerate it for next year.
  • Also for designers and sellers. Our hyperlink tool adds links to planners you designed yourself, and the Seller plan lets you sell what you make.

    PDF links work differently in every app. We say which apps we've built for and where the limits are, instead of claiming everything works everywhere.

    The AI suggests milestones and weekly actions. You read and edit every line, and you can skip it entirely.

    Collect as little as possible

    One sign-in cookie, no ad trackers, and generated PDFs aren't kept on our servers.
