Your goal
Memorise one verse a week
The Bible-in-a-year plan splits Genesis to Revelation into 365 readings, numbered from the planner's first day. Pick the start month you'll actually begin in, and each daily page shows the right reading, so you only need to open today.
Under the reading there is space for prayer and reflection. Even one sentence about what stood out makes the reading stick.
When a verse catches you, turn to a study page: write out the scripture, your observation, how you'll apply it, and a prayer.
Each week has a sermon notes page with the date, speaker and passage, key points and how you'll apply it.
Write requests with the date and who they're for, then fill in the answered column later. It becomes a record of answered prayer.
Write verses on the memorise pages with the reference and tick them when you know them. Reading the week's verse aloud before the daily reading is a simple way to build the habit.
A Bible study planner should make daily reading easy and leave room to go deeper. This one includes:
Daily pages with that day's reading from the plan, a prayer and reflection box, a top three, a to-do list and a grateful-for box. Weekly pages carry your goal actions.
A Bible-in-a-year tick list, prayer lists with an answered column, weekly sermon notes, 24 S.O.A.P. study pages and verses-to-memorise pages.
Weekly gratitude pages, affirmations and journal pages for longer reflection.
Goal pages for spiritual goals such as memorising scripture or joining a study group, with quarterly resets.
A monthly review to look back at what you read and how you've grown.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital Bible study planner sits next to your Bible app on the same tablet, and you can highlight and annotate in colour without bleeding through the page. The links take you straight from today's date to your reading.
A printable Bible study planner suits people who like to study with a paper Bible open beside them. Print the S.O.A.P. and sermon notes pages on A5 for a binder you take to church. The E-ink format is a good middle ground on a Kindle Scribe or reMarkable.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.
