Your goal
Sleep 7+ hours most nights
Each daily page opens with a mood scale. Circle it in the morning or at night; it takes ten seconds and builds the most useful record in the planner.
At the end of each day, colour that day's square by mood. After a couple of months, patterns appear, such as low Mondays or better weeks after time outdoors.
The self-care menu is grouped into mind, body, soul, social, space and treats. Add your own ideas, then choose one each day for the self-care box on the daily page.
Write bedtime, wake time and a quality score on the monthly sleep log. Compare it with your mood pixels at the end of the month.
The monthly review rates energy, focus, health, relationships, money and joy, then asks what drained you. Use it to plan one change for next month, not ten.
A wellness planner should make looking after yourself easier, not add another list to fail at. This one includes:
Daily pages with a mood check-in, an hourly schedule, a grateful-for box, a self-care checklist, a water tracker and notes, plus a weekly page for gentle goals.
A year-in-pixels mood tracker, a self-care menu and a monthly wellness tracker for water, sleep, movement, time outside and screen-free hours.
Weekly gratitude pages, affirmations and journal pages for writing things through.
A monthly sleep log, because sleep is often the first thing to change when life gets hard.
Your own routines, such as morning sunlight or a screen-free evening, on a tracker for each month.
A monthly review page to notice what helped and what drained you.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital self-care planner keeps the mood pixels, sleep log and journal private on your tablet, and the soft Blush theme is easy to open at the end of a long day. You can also choose a dark theme for evening journaling.
A printable wellness planner suits people who want time away from screens, which is often part of the point. Print the daily pages on A5 and keep them by the bed, and print the year in pixels large on A4 or US Letter.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 583 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, 365 daily pages, the Wellness, Gratitude & Journal, Sleep, Habits and Monthly Reviews pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
