The sample above comes to 477 pages over 12 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.

Your goal
Plan 5 days a week
Write the month name and dates on a month page when you start it. Weeks and days have a blank date line.
Months still link to their weeks and weeks to their days, so once you've dated a month, the pages around it follow in order.
If you stop for three weeks, just pick up on the next blank week. Nothing is wasted and nothing is out of date.
The goal and habit pages give the planner a thread through the year even when the daily pages are patchy.
The monthly review works the same in an undated planner: what went well, what drained you, and what's next.
Some people write a week number next to the dates so they can see how many weeks of the year they've planned. It's a simple way to notice whether planning is turning into a habit.
An undated planner should keep everything a dated one has except the printed dates. This one includes:
Twelve blank month grids, 52 weekly pages and daily pages with a date line, an hourly schedule, top three, to-do list, notes and a water tracker. Weeks start on Monday or Sunday, your choice.
Goal planners, a vision board, quarterly resets and a year in review.
A habit tracker for each month, so you can start any month and still track a full one.
Brain dump pages, a priority matrix and a daily routines page.
A monthly review page for each month you plan.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital undated planner is the most flexible version: if you fall behind, you just carry on from the next page, and you can duplicate a week in GoodNotes if one needs more room. It works well on e-ink tablets with the E-ink Mono theme.
A printable undated planner is good value on paper, because you print only the pages you're going to use. Print a month and its weeks on A5 or Half Letter when you start it.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

You can build this undated planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the undated planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 496 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 52 weekly pages, 364 daily pages, the Goals, Habits, Productivity and Monthly Reviews pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
