The sample above comes to 105 pages over 12 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.

Your goal
Keep every Friday afternoon meeting-free
Your goal
Batch errands into one day
Vertical columns suit appointment-heavy weeks, boxes suit task lists, and the hourly layout gives you a time grid for all seven days. Choose Monday or Sunday start too.
Same time each week, usually Sunday evening or Monday morning. Copy fixed events from your calendar, then add the week's goal actions and two or three priorities.
A weekly page has less room than a daily one, which is a feature. If a day's box is full before the week starts, move something.
Tap the month tab to see what's coming in the next few weeks, so nothing lands as a surprise on Friday.
Tick the habit tracker, then note what slipped. The monthly review page gathers four or five weeks of notes into one reflection.
Things that come up mid-week but don't need doing yet go in a notes box or on a notes page. On planning day that list is the first thing you read, so nothing raised on a Wednesday is lost by the weekend.
A weekly planner should stay light, so this one adds only three sections to the calendar:
One page per week with seven day boxes and a box for this week's goal actions, in columns, boxes or an hourly grid. There are no daily pages unless you switch them on, which keeps the whole year to around a hundred pages.
Four goal planner pages and quarterly resets give your weeks a direction without daily pages.
A habit tracker per month sits one tap from every week page.
A monthly review turns a month of week pages into a few clear lessons.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
Digitally, a weekly planner is quick to move around: the year view, the month and the current week are all a tap apart, and it is light enough for any note app or e-ink tablet.
Printed, a weekly planner is one of the most practical layouts there is. A year of week pages fits easily in an A5 or Half Letter binder, and an open week on the desk is easy to glance at. Print the next month every few weeks, or the whole year at once.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
