The sample above comes to 535 pages over 12 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.

Finish my top 3 tasks before lunch
Pick the hour your day starts and ends, and 12 or 24-hour time. A 6am to 10pm schedule fits most people; shift workers and early risers can move it.
Before bed, open tomorrow's page from the month calendar, write fixed appointments into the hourly schedule, and choose your top three. It takes five minutes and makes the morning easier.
Put the top three into actual time slots rather than leaving them on a list. Anything else goes on the to-do list underneath and gets done in the gaps.
At the end of the day, tick what's done and carry anything unfinished to tomorrow or to the brain dump page. Don't rewrite the same task five days running; if it keeps moving, break it down or drop it.
Each week page links to its seven days. A quick look on Friday shows whether your days matched what you meant to do that week.
The core of any daily planner is the day page itself. Around it, this one adds three small sections that make daily planning stick:
365 dated pages, each with an hourly schedule, top three priorities, a to-do list, notes and a water tracker. Each day links back to its week and month, and every month links to its days.
A monthly habit tracker turns the routines you plan each day into a visible streak.
Brain dump pages catch everything that doesn't belong on today's page, and the priority matrix helps when the to-do list is longer than the day.
Weekly gratitude pages and a few journal pages give the day a short, calm close.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital daily planner keeps 365 pages in one file, and the calendar links mean you never flip through months of pages to find next Thursday. It works best if you already have your tablet and stylus with you through the day.
A printed daily planner suits people who want the page open on the desk all day. Because a full year of daily pages is a lot of paper, many people print one month at a time on A5 or US Letter and keep it in a binder. Your purchase includes both versions.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

It depends on how you think. Apps are good at reminders and sharing. A PDF planner you write in by hand is slower on purpose, which many people find helps them decide what matters. You can export your goal milestones to Google or Apple Calendar if you want both.
You can build this daily planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.
Yes. Download the iPad size for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Collanote or ZoomNotes; the Android size for Samsung Notes, Penly, Flexcil or Xodo; or the E-ink size for reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox and Supernote. The links work in any app that follows PDF links, usually in read mode rather than pen mode. Every size is included in the price.
Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the daily planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
