On the business goals page, write a revenue goal, a customer goal and the one thing that would change everything. Then split the year into four quarterly priorities.
Log income and expenses as they happen. You'll still need proper bookkeeping for tax, but the planner shows at a glance whether the month is working.
Use the client tracker for each project's deadline, fee and status, and tap through to the month calendar to block the work in.
Launch plans run four weeks out, two weeks out, launch week and after. Write the launch date first, then fill the checklists back from it.
The daily page asks for one revenue-focused task before anything else, with revenue tasks and follow-ups listed beside the schedule.
At the end of each month, total the income and expenses page and compare it with the quarterly goal. If the gap is growing, the next month's project and content pages are where you decide what to change.
A small business planner needs to track money, clients and growth work together. This one includes:
Daily pages with a one-big-thing field, an hourly schedule, revenue tasks, follow-ups and notes. Weekly pages carry your goal actions, such as outreach or launch tasks.
Business goals by quarter, a monthly income and expenses log, a client tracker and four launch plans.
Eight project planners with tasks, owners and due dates, and 24 meeting-note pages with action items.
A monthly content calendar, idea pages, video planners, brand deals and a growth tracker for marketing your business.
Goal planners with milestones and quarterly resets, for the goals behind the numbers.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital small business planner lives on the same tablet as your email and invoices, and links make it quick to jump from a client to the week their deadline falls in. Landscape formats give wide pages for project planning.
A printable small business planner suits owners who plan at a desk with coffee and a pen. Print the business goals and monthly money pages on US Letter or A4, and keep the daily pages digital if you only want the strategy on paper.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 570 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, 365 daily pages, the Business, Projects & Meetings, Content Creator and Goals pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
