Your goal
Call 10 leads a day
Write the number of closings you want on the business goals page, then estimate how many leads and showings that needs each quarter.
The daily page starts with one big thing and an hourly schedule. Block the same hour each morning for calls and follow-ups.
The leads pages have source, stage and next step columns. Update the stage after every conversation so nobody goes cold.
The monthly showing log records the property, client and feedback, which is useful for sellers' updates and price conversations.
The commission tracker has sale price, rate, commission and paid columns, so you can check your GCI at any time.
On Friday, read down the leads pages and pick the five most likely to move next week. Write their next steps into Monday's daily page so the follow-up happens first.
A real estate agent planner needs to cover leads, listings and income. This one includes:
Daily pages with a one-big-thing field, an hourly schedule, revenue tasks, follow-ups and notes. Weekly pages carry goal actions such as calls made or open houses held.
Lead and pipeline pages, listings, a monthly showing log and a commission tracker.
Quarterly business goals, a monthly income and expenses page for marketing and fees, a client tracker and launch plans for new listings.
Goal planners and quarterly resets for targets like closings, GCI or a new farm area.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital real estate planner goes with you between showings on an iPad or Android tablet, and links make it quick to jump from a lead to the day you're meeting them.
A printable real estate agent planner suits a desk or a car folder. Print the leads and showing logs on US Letter or A4 and take notes by hand during showings.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

You can build this real estate planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.

Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the real estate planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 504 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, 365 daily pages, the Real Estate, Business and Goals pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
