Type their school subjects and their own habits in the builder, such as brushing teeth or packing the school bag. Let them choose the name on the cover.
The weekly homework planner has a row per subject and a column per school day. Writing it down straight after school stops the bedtime "I forgot" moment.
The monthly chore chart lists jobs down the side and days across. Agree on the chores at the start of the month and let them tick their own boxes.
Each star chart has a goal, a reward and 30 squares. Pick a reward that matches the effort, and colour a square for every win.
The reading log has a column for stars, so kids can rate what they read. It's a good way to talk about books at dinner.
If a page goes unused for a week, that's fine. A kids planner works best as something they come back to, not a test they can fail. Praise the habit of writing things down more than a perfect page.
Kids need big boxes and simple pages. This planner includes:
School-year month and week pages starting in August, with a weekly page for the week's plan. Daily pages are off by default; switch them on for a child-friendly day page with "today I will", homework, chores and a how-I-feel check.
A weekly homework planner, a monthly chore chart, six star charts with a reward, and reading logs, all with large writing spaces.
A reading challenge with a square for every book, to-be-read lists and book review pages for older kids.
A monthly habit tracker preset with routines like making the bed, reading and packing the school bag.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A printable kids planner is usually the better fit for younger children: print the chore chart and star chart on A4 or US Letter and put them on the fridge, and print the homework pages for their school bag.
A digital kids planner suits children who already have a tablet and stylus. The links make it easy for them to jump from the week to their reading log, and nothing gets lost in the bottom of a bag. Both versions come with the same purchase.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

It starts in August and runs to July by default. In the builder you can choose any start month and year, including this month so you don't pay for pages that are already past, and a 12 or 18-month length. Switch to undated if you'd rather write the dates yourself.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 206 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Kids Zone, Reading and Habits pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
