Set the budget before anything else
It's the first item for a reason. The budget decides the guest count, the venue and almost everything that follows.
Shift the timeline if you're engaged for less than a year
With six months, combine the first three boxes into the first two months. The order still holds; the gaps get shorter.
Add your own tasks
Officiant, marriage licence, hair trial, rings, favours, transport, honeymoon. Write them into the box where they fit.
Share tasks out
Put initials next to each job so partners, family and the wedding party know what they're doing.
