How does the person open the gift?
They get an email with a button and a 12-character code. They sign in or make a free account, and the gift is added at once. You can also print the card and hand it over; they type the code at customdigitalplanner.com/gift/redeem.
Can I choose when it arrives?
Yes. Pick a date and we email it that morning, so it can land on Christmas Day or a birthday. Leave the date empty to send it as soon as you've paid.
Does a year of Pro renew?
No. A gifted year of Pro is paid once and simply ends after 12 months. Nobody is charged again, and the planners they made stay theirs to download.
What if they already have Pro?
The gift adds 12 months on top, so nothing is wasted. A single-planner gift is kept as a credit until they unlock the planner they want.
Do gift codes expire?
No. The code works once and has no expiry date.
Can I get a refund?
If the code hasn't been used, write to us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full.
