Group services
Leave a blank row between groups like cuts, colour, treatments and styling. Clients scan faster.
Include the time
The time column helps you book accurately and helps clients plan. It's also useful when you review your prices per hour.
Use "from" prices where needed
For services that vary by length or thickness, write "from" and the starting price, and explain in notes.
Note products used
For your own copy, the notes column is handy for product lines and amounts, which helps with costing.
Review prices yearly
Compare service times and product costs with your prices once a year. Update the page and the date at the bottom.
Add consultation and policy notes
Use the last rows for a patch test, consultation or cancellation policy. Clear notes on the price list prevent awkward conversations at the till.
