Write a budget per person first. It keeps ideas realistic and the total within your holiday budget.

When someone mentions something they'd like, add it to their row. By December, the hard part is done.
Note the actual cost
Write what you paid next to the budget. Small overspends on many gifts add up.
Tick bought and wrapped separately
It's easy to forget a gift hidden in a cupboard. Two ticks show what still needs doing on Christmas Eve.
