Who it's for
Families who send cards every year, people who've lost addresses in old phones, and anyone who wants a single list for holiday cards and invitations. Small businesses sending cards to clients use it too, and it doubles as an address book for wedding invitations, birth announcements and thank-you notes.
Getting the most from a christmas card list.
Update addresses as you hear
When someone moves, update the list straight away. In December you won't remember who moved in March.
Tick received too
The received column shows who sent you a card, which helps you decide next year's list.
Note international post dates
Cards abroad need posting much earlier. Mark international addresses and send those first.
Keep it with the card supplies
Store the list with cards, stamps and address labels so it's all ready to go.
Use it for invitations too
The same addresses work for wedding and party invitations.
Note who's changed
Mark new babies, marriages, bereavements and divorces next to names. It helps you write the right message and avoid awkward mistakes.
