Your goal
Plan dinners every Sunday
Bin day, where the water shut-off and fuse box are, who has a spare key, and your utilities and providers. Hints only for Wi-Fi and alarm codes, and the last four digits of account numbers at most.
A meeting point, an out-of-area contact, the nearest hospital, a go-bag checklist and where important documents are kept.
Record each job with the date, cost and who did it, and when it's next due. The seasonal checklists remind you about gutters, alarms and the boiler.
Use the ready-made cleaning schedule and give each day a zone, so the house never needs a full weekend of cleaning.
Plan the week's dinners, write the grocery list, and keep the family budget in the same binder, so food spending is easy to see.
Contacts, birthdays and an important-info page sit at the back for sitters, family and anyone covering for you.
A home management binder needs reference pages and planning pages. This one includes:
Dated month calendars and a weekly page in vertical columns for the household's week. No daily pages, so it's quick to print and share.
A household info page, an emergency plan, two home maintenance logs and seasonal maintenance checklists.
A cleaning schedule, a zone cleaning plan for every month, deep clean checklists and declutter challenges.
Weekly meal plans, grocery lists and recipe cards.
A monthly family budget, expense log and bill tracker.
Contacts, birthdays and anniversaries, and an important-info page for hints only.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A printed home binder is easy for anyone in the house to find, including a babysitter or a relative staying over. Print it on US Letter or A4 and keep it in the kitchen.
A digital home management binder suits people who already plan on a tablet. Paste photos of the boiler label or the fuse box into the notes pages so the details are with you when you call a tradesperson.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

See all themesA home binder holds reference information that doesn't change much: who to call, where the water shut-off is, when the boiler was serviced. A planner holds what you're doing this week. This one does both: binder pages at the front, calendar and meal planning behind them.
Write hints and locations, not full passwords or account numbers. The household info page is set up for that, with account numbers limited to the last four digits.
You can build this home management binder and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.
Yes. Download the iPad size for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Collanote or ZoomNotes; the Android size for Samsung Notes, Penly, Flexcil or Xodo; or the E-ink size for reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox and Supernote. The links work in any app that follows PDF links, usually in read mode rather than pen mode. Every size is included in the price.
Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the home management binder on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 278 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Household, Cleaning, Meals, Budget and Contacts & Dates pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
