Your goal
Clean the house in 20 minutes a day
The cleaning schedule already lists common daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal jobs. Cross out what doesn't apply and add your own on the empty lines.
On the zone cleaning page for the month, tick which room gets attention on which day. One zone a day is a pace most households can keep up.
Make beds, dishes, counters, a ten-minute tidy. Put them on the habit tracker so you can see the streak.
The deep clean pages list jobs room by room, like inside the oven or under the beds. Write one into a weekend on the month calendar rather than doing them all at once.
Each 30-day declutter challenge has a square to colour per day and a table for what you kept, donated or binned. Less stuff means less to clean.
The monthly chore chart lists jobs down the side and days across, so everyone in the house can see and tick their part.
A cleaning planner needs a schedule, a way to spread it over the week, and somewhere to track that it happened. This one includes:
Month calendars and a weekly page in vertical columns, handy for writing each day's zone or deep-clean job. There are no daily pages, so the planner stays short.
A daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning schedule, a zone cleaning plan for every month, deep clean checklists by room and two 30-day declutter challenges.
Daily routines, a monthly chore chart and grocery lists, for the rest of running the house.
A monthly habit tracker preset with daily cleaning habits like dishes, beds and a ten-minute tidy.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A printable cleaning planner is the most popular way to use one: print the cleaning schedule and the month's zone plan on A4 or US Letter and put them on the fridge, where everyone can see them.
A digital cleaning planner suits people who already plan on a tablet. Tick the habit tracker from the sofa, and keep the deep clean lists with the rest of your planning instead of on loose paper.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

See all themesIt's built around small, visible steps, which many people with ADHD find easier: one zone a day, a short daily list, and a declutter challenge with a square to colour each day. If you want more support, add the ADHD Toolkit section in the builder for brain dumps, task breakdowns and a dopamine menu.
The schedule and deep clean pages come with common tasks already written in, plus empty lines under each list for your own. The zone cleaning grid and chore chart are blank, so you fill in your rooms and jobs. Your own habits are printed on the monthly tracker.
You can build this cleaning planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.

Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the cleaning planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 144 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Cleaning, Home & Meals and Habits pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
