It lists this year's key dates, from the first Sunday of Advent to Christ the King, with the Sunday and weekday reading cycles. Mark the holy days you'll go to Mass.
Each day on the month page shows its feast or Sunday and a dot in the liturgical colour. Green weeks are Ordinary Time; violet means Advent or Lent.
Each Sunday has its own Mass notes page, titled with the day. Write the reading references from your missal, a few homily notes and one thing to live out that week.
Tick the rosary tracker each day, note who you're praying for on the intentions pages, and use a daily examen page at the end of the day.
Before Ash Wednesday and the first Sunday of Advent, open the Lent or Advent section: the dates are there, with space for prayer, fasting and almsgiving or for getting ready for Christmas.
A Catholic planner should put the Church's year where you'll see it every day. This one includes:
Dated month and week pages with every Sunday, solemnity, feast and well-known memorial and its liturgical colour, plus the Sunday and weekday reading cycle on each month. Weeks start on Sunday, as the liturgical week does. Daily pages are off by default; turn them on for a liturgical day page with the feast, reading references and saint notes.
A liturgical year page with the key dates, readings cycles and what each colour means, and a saints and feasts page for every month with each day's feast, colour and a line for saint-of-the-day notes.
A Mass notes page for every Sunday, titled with the Sunday or feast, with fields for the reading references, homily notes and what to carry into the week.
The twenty mysteries of the rosary, a monthly tracker for the rosary, chaplet, Angelus, Mass and adoration, and four prayer intention lists.
Twelve daily examen pages in five short steps, an examination of conscience to pray through before confession, and a confession log.
This year's Lent dates from Ash Wednesday to Easter, with fasting and abstinence days, prayer, fasting and almsgiving lists, a 40-day tracker, a page for each week of Lent and a Holy Week and Easter planner.
This year's Advent and Christmas dates, from the first Sunday of Advent to the Baptism of the Lord, an Advent countdown and a page for each week of Advent.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital Catholic planner keeps the liturgical calendar, your Mass notes and your intentions on the tablet you take to church or keep by your bed. Tap from a Sunday on the month page to its week, and from the week to its Mass notes.
Printed, the month pages make a liturgical wall or desk calendar and the Mass notes slip into a missal. Print on A5 or Half Letter for a binder, with the liturgical colours in print. Both are included in one purchase.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

See all themesThey're calculated for your dates from the General Roman Calendar: Easter and the moveable feasts, the Sundays of each season, Ordinary Time weeks, the solemnities and feasts, and a set of well-known memorials, with the rules for when a feast moves. Epiphany, the Ascension and Corpus Christi are on Sunday, as in the United States, Canada, England and Wales and Australia; the Thursday is noted where they're kept then. Local feasts and your diocese's calendar aren't included, so add those by hand.
It includes the Sunday and weekday reading cycles (for example Year A and Year II) but not the readings themselves. The Mass notes pages have fields for the reading references, so you can copy them from your missal, parish sheet or an app, and the texts stay with their publisher.
Yes. The liturgical year starts on the first Sunday of Advent, so choose a November or December start in the builder. The liturgical year page, Advent section and month pages follow whatever dates you pick.
Yes. Each day on the month and week pages has a small dot in its liturgical colour: green, violet, white, red or rose. The saints and feasts page names the colour for every day, and the liturgical year page explains what each one means.
