An undated quarterly goal planner for a full year: four quarters, each with a quarter vision and 90-day plan, 13 weekly plans with reviews, a habit tracker, a mid-quarter check and a quarter review.
An undated 90-day planner with four quarters, each on its own tab. Every quarter has a vision and 90-day plan page (the goal, why it matters, a milestone for each month and a 13-week plan), 13 weekly pages that combine the week's plan with its review (top three, a day-by-day plan, score, wins, what slipped and next week), a 13-week habit tracker, a mid-quarter check and a quarter review. It also has 12 undated month pages, a vision board, goal planners and a year in review.
Each section gets its own side tab. You can switch any of them off, or add sections from other planners, in the builder.

A year is a long time to stay focused on one goal. A 90-day planner breaks the year into four quarters with one clear goal each, planned week by week and reviewed as you go.
1
Write the quarter vision
Each quarter opens with a vision and 90-day plan: the goal, why it matters, a milestone for each month and a 13-week plan.
2
Plan each week
Each week's page has the top three for the goal and a day-by-day plan.
3
Review each week
The bottom of the same page has a score, wins, what slipped and next week's focus.
4
Check in halfway
Around week six or seven, the mid-quarter check asks what's working and what to change.
5
Close the quarter
The quarter review rates progress and sets up the next 90 days.
What to include in a 90 day planner
A 90-day goal planner should keep one goal in front of you every week. This one includes:
Calendar
Weekly and monthly pages
Twelve undated month pages. The weekly planning happens in each quarter's 13 weekly pages, so there are no separate weekly or daily calendar pages.

Digital vs printable 90 day planner
A digital 90-day planner keeps each quarter on its own tab, so this week's page is always one tap away.
Printed, a quarter is about 17 pages: easy to print one quarter at a time and keep in a slim folder.
A5 print, A4 print, Letter print, Half letter, Pocket print
An example week in a 90 day planner
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Why 90 days?+
Thirteen weeks is a quarter of a year: long enough to make real progress and short enough that the deadline feels close. Four quarters make a year, with a fresh plan every 90 days.
Is there a free 90 day planner?+
You can build this 90 day planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.
Does it work with GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes and e-ink tablets?+
Yes. Download the iPad size for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Collanote or ZoomNotes; the Android size for Samsung Notes, Penly, Flexcil or Xodo; or the E-ink size for reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox and Supernote. The links work in any app that follows PDF links, usually in read mode rather than pen mode. Every size is included in the price.
Can I print the 90 day planner?+
Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter, Half Letter or Pocket in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the 90 day planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
Does the AI fill in the 90 day planner for me?+
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
How many pages is the 90 day planner?+
With the default settings it comes to about 115 pages. That includes 12 month pages, the Quarter 1, Quarter 2, Quarter 3, Quarter 4 and Goals pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Make it yours in about a minute.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
