Who it's for

Muslims who want to make the most of Ramadan, families tracking worship together, teens fasting for the first time and new Muslims learning the routine. Teachers and parents also use the tracker with children as a gentle way to involve them in Ramadan, colouring the rows that apply to them.

How to use it

Getting the most from a ramadan tracker.

  1. Tick prayers as you pray them

Keep the tracker by your prayer mat or in your planner and tick each prayer straight away.

  2. Write Quran pages as a number

In the Quran row, write how many pages you read. Twenty pages a day finishes the Quran in the month.

  3. Colour a juz when it's done

On the khatam page, colour a square for each juz you complete. One a day finishes by the end of Ramadan.

  4. Plan for the last ten nights

Look ahead to days 21–30 on the second page and plan extra worship for the last ten nights.

  5. Use the reflections

Write a few lines after each juz or each week. It's lovely to reread next Ramadan.

  6. Prepare before Ramadan starts

Fill in your Quran goal and any personal goals in the margin before the first day. Starting with a plan makes the first week easier.
