Salah Tracker template preview, shown on iPad

Shown for iPad in the Faith & Gold theme. Printable downloads use white paper (there's a dark mode preview below); the e-ink version is black and white.

What's on it

One page, ready to fill in.

  • A 31-day tracker for fajr, dhuhr, asr, maghrib, isha, quran, dhikr and sadaqah
  • Lined space for reflection
  • A “Month” line at the top, so it works for any month and year

Who it's for

Muslims building consistency in prayer, new Muslims, teens and children learning to pray five times a day, and anyone working on a specific prayer such as Fajr.

How to use it

Getting the most from a salah tracker.

  1. Tick each prayer on time

Mark prayers prayed on time with a tick and late or made-up prayers with a dot. The pattern shows which prayers need attention.

  2. Focus on one prayer at a time

If Fajr is hard, make it the focus for a month. Small, steady improvement lasts.

  3. Set a Quran goal

Decide a daily amount, like a page or a quarter juz, and write it in the Quran row.

  4. Keep sadaqah simple

Any act of charity counts: money, a kind word, helping someone. Tick it.

  5. Reflect at the end of the month

Write what helped and what got in the way, and carry one change into next month.

  6. Use the reflection lines weekly

Each Friday, write a sentence on what helped your prayers that week and what got in the way. Small adjustments add up over a month.

Questions

About this salah tracker template

Need help importing it? See devices and apps or the FAQ.

What does the salah tracker record?

The five daily prayers, Quran, dhikr and sadaqah, for each day of the month, with reflection lines.

Is it Hijri or Gregorian?

It's undated with 31 columns, so it works for either. Write the month at the top.

Can kids use it?

Yes. It's a good way for children learning to pray to build the habit.

What's in the Islamic planner?

A salah tracker and Quran reflection pages for each month, plus habits, gratitude and goals.

Can I track sunnah prayers?

Yes. Use the margin or the reflection lines, or rename the dhikr row if sunnah prayers are your focus this month.

How do I track missed prayers I've made up?

Use a different mark, like a dot instead of a tick, for prayers made up later. It keeps the record honest.
