The sample above comes to 59 pages over 3 months. Yours changes with the months, sections and notes pages you choose.

Use the moving budget for movers, deposits, supplies and cleaning, and the vendors page for at least two mover quotes.
The countdown is already filled in from eight weeks out to moving day. Copy each job onto the week it's due.
On the box inventory, give each box a number, the room and contents, and tick fragile and unpacked.
The change of address list starts with the usual suspects: bank, employer, doctor, insurance, post redirect, subscriptions. Tick each one off.
Kettle, chargers, toilet paper, bedding, medication. Write it as box 1.
The Home section has routines and a chore chart for the first weeks in the new place.
A moving binder needs a timeline, a list and a budget. This one includes:
Three months of dated calendars from this month, with a weekly page in columns for each week's moving jobs. Choose 6 or 12 months for a longer move.
An eight-week moving countdown, a change of address list, a vendors page for mover quotes and four box inventory pages.
A monthly budget with moving categories, an expense log and a bill tracker for deposits.
Contacts for agents, landlords and movers, birthdays and an important-info page.
Routines, a monthly chore chart and grocery lists for the new place.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A printed moving binder survives being packed and unpacked: keep the countdown and box inventory on a clipboard and tick as you go.
A digital version is easier to share with a partner or the movers, and photos of each box's contents can be pasted next to its number.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Number each box, write the room and contents, and tick fragile and unpacked. When something's missing, you know which box to open.
You can build this moving planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.

Download the iPad size for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Collanote or ZoomNotes; the Android size for Samsung Notes, Penly, Flexcil or Xodo; or the E-ink size for reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox and Supernote. The links work in any app that follows PDF links, usually in read mode rather than pen mode. Every size is included in the price.
Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the moving planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
It starts in the current month and runs for 3 months by default, so you don't pay for pages that have already gone. In the builder you can choose any start month and year and a length from 3 months to 5 years, so something you're planning a year ahead fits too. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 78 pages. That includes 3 month pages, 14 weekly pages, the Moving, Budget, Contacts & Dates and Home & Meals pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
