The monthly medication and injection log has columns for the date, dose, injection site, side effects, weight and notes.
Writing the site down each time makes it easy to follow whatever rotation your prescriber or the leaflet recommends.
The daily tracker under the log has rows for a protein goal, water, fibre, steps and small meals. With a smaller appetite these are easy to miss.
The weight tracker records weekly weigh-ins and the change. Measure monthly too; measurements often move differently from the scale.
Weekly meal plans and grocery lists help you keep easy, filling options in the house.
Side effects and patterns are easier to discuss when they're written down with dates.
A GLP-1 tracking journal needs a medication log, habit tracking and progress pages. This one includes:
Dated month calendars for appointments and dose days, and a weekly page with your goal actions. No daily pages; the monthly log and tracker cover each day.
A medication and injection log for every month with dose, site, side effects and weight, plus a daily tracker for protein, water, fibre, steps and small meals.
Weight trackers with a colour-in goal grid, body measurements with non-scale wins, and a monthly nutrition habits tracker.
Weekly meal plans, grocery lists and recipe cards.
A monthly water tracker with eight glasses a day.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital journal is always to hand on dose day and at appointments, and it stays private on your own device.
A printed log can live next to your medication: print the month's log on A4 or US Letter and fill it in after each dose.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), a length from 3 months to 5 years, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 256 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Medication Log, Weight Loss, Meals and Hydration pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
