Your goal
Eat five portions of fruit and veg a day
Weight goals, more fruit and veg, or possible food triggers each need slightly different notes. Write your reason on the first page.
The weekly food log has rows for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks and how you felt, across seven days. It's the quickest way to keep a daily habit.
The 31 food diary pages record the time, portion, hunger before, fullness after and any mood or symptoms. Use them for a month when a doctor or dietitian asks.
On the monthly symptom tracker, write up to eight symptoms down the side and rate them each day. The flare log has room for possible triggers and what helped.
The monthly hydration tracker has eight glasses a day. Low water days often line up with headaches or tiredness.
Each Sunday, read the week and note one pattern. Change one thing at a time, so you can tell what made the difference.
A food diary should be quick to fill in and detailed when it needs to be. This one includes:
Month calendars to note appointments and changes, and a weekly page with your goal actions. There are no daily pages; the weekly food log and detailed food diary pages cover each day.
A weekly food log for every week, 31 detailed food diary pages and a symptom tracker with a flare log for every month.
Weekly meal plans with prep-ahead lists, grocery lists and recipe cards.
A monthly water tracker with eight glasses a day.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital food journal is always on the device you already have at mealtimes, which makes it easier to write things down straight away rather than trying to remember at night.
A printable food diary template is useful for appointments: print a month of food diary pages on A4 or US Letter, fill them in by hand and bring them to your doctor or dietitian.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

No. There's room to write calories or portions if you want, but nothing is calculated. Many people find writing the food and how they felt more useful than numbers.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), 12 or 18 months, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 324 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Food Journal, Meals and Hydration pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
