Who it's for
Teens learning their cycle, adults who want a private paper record instead of an app, people tracking PMS, PMDD, endometriosis or PCOS symptoms, and anyone preparing for a gynaecology appointment.
Getting the most from a period tracker.
Rate symptoms 0 to 3
0 for none, 1 mild, 2 moderate, 3 severe, or just a tick. A consistent scale shows which symptoms come at which point in your cycle.
Colour the year pages as you go
On the year at a glance, colour each day of your period. After a few months you'll see your typical cycle length and whether it's regular.
Count cycle length from day one to day one
In the cycles table, the length is from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. Write it down each time; your average is the best predictor of the next one.
Track the days before your period too
Mood, cravings, sleep and headaches often change in the week before. Seeing that on paper can be reassuring and helps you plan around it.
Bring it to appointments
If you're seeing a doctor about pain, heavy bleeding, irregular cycles or fertility, a few months of records is the most useful thing you can bring.

What does the period tracker include?
A monthly cycle log with eight symptom rows across 31 days, a table of cycle start and end dates and lengths, and two year-at-a-glance pages, days 1–16 and 17–31, with a row for each month.
Is it private?
It's a PDF you keep on paper or in your own note app, with no account and nothing stored online by us.
Can I use it to track fertility?
It shows cycle length and symptoms, which helps with understanding your cycle, but it isn't a contraception or fertility method. The IVF and fertility journal has dedicated fertility pages.
Can teenagers use it?
Yes. It's a simple way for teens to learn their cycle and be ready for their period, and to have answers if a doctor asks.
