Help every exam student go up a grade
Subject, year, parent or guardian, contact, rate, course or exam board, goal, strengths and areas to work on.
Date, student, topic, progress, homework set and paid. Parents often ask what was covered; it's all here.
Use the weekly lesson grid for regulars and a detailed lesson plan for exam prep or a new topic.
The time and invoice log totals hours by client, with invoiced and paid columns.
Income and expenses, client tracking and business goals show whether tutoring is paying what you need.
A tutor planner needs students, sessions and money in one place. This one includes:
School-year month pages and a weekly page for every week from August, for your regular slots and exam dates. No daily pages.
Eight student profiles, a tutoring session log for every month and a time and invoice log for every month.
A weekly lesson grid, detailed lesson plans, rosters, attendance, a parent contact log and substitute plans.
Business goals, monthly income and expenses, a client tracker and launch plans for group classes.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital tutor planner works well for online tutoring: keep it open beside the video call and write notes as you go.
Printed session logs suit in-person tutoring: one page per month on a clipboard, filled in at the end of each session.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

It starts in August and runs to July by default. In the builder you can choose any start month and year, including this month so you don't pay for pages that are already past, and a 12 or 18-month length. Switch to undated if you'd rather write the dates yourself.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 232 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Tutoring, Teaching and Business pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
