Your goal

Your goal
Track how often I take pain relief
The headache-days tracker has a row each for headache, medication, sleep, water, caffeine, skipped meals, screen time and period, and a column for every day.
The headache diary records start and end, severity, symptoms, possible triggers, medication and how much it helped.
Monthly sleep logs show whether poor nights come before bad days.
The medication tracker shows how often you're taking pain relief, which is worth discussing with your doctor.
Write what you notice at the end of each month, then take the diary to appointments.
A headache diary should be easy to fill in even on a bad day. This one includes:
Dated month calendars and a weekly page for each week, for appointments and notes. No daily pages; the headache-days tracker covers every day.
A headache-days tracker and a detailed headache diary for every month.
Appointment pages with questions to ask and a medication tracker for every month.
A sleep log for every month.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital migraine journal works with dark themes, which can be easier on the eyes during an attack.
A printable headache diary is easy to hand to a doctor. Print each month on A4 or US Letter.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Dated by default, starting in January 2027. You can pick any start month and year (including this month), a length from 3 months to 5 years, and Monday or Sunday weeks. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself, so a skipped week isn't wasted.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 140 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, the Headache Diary, Health Admin and Sleep pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
