Your goal
Land a new job by spring
Use a goal page to decide how many applications, networking messages and practice interviews you'll do each week.
The job applications tracker has company, role, date applied, source, contact, status and follow-up date.
Give each interview a prep page: what the company does, why you want the role, your stories, and the questions you'll ask.
The networking log records who you spoke to, how you met and what you agreed to do next.
Use the project planners for a portfolio piece, a course or a certification that strengthens your applications.
A job search tracker should make the next action obvious. This one includes:
Dated month calendars starting this month and a weekly page for each week, for interviews, deadlines and follow-ups. No daily pages.
Four job application tracker pages, 12 interview prep pages and three networking log pages.
Project planners and meeting notes for portfolio work, courses and informational interviews.
A vision board, goal planners, quarterly reviews and a year in review.
Contact pages and key dates, for recruiters, references and people who've helped.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital job search planner keeps everything on a tablet you can bring to interviews, with links between the tracker, prep pages and calendar.
Printed, a weekly page and the application tracker on your desk make it easy to see what needs following up today.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

Yes. Use the goal and project pages for courses, certifications or portfolio work, and the networking log for conversations with people in your new field.
You can build this job search planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. The clean PDF is $12 once, or included in Pro at $49 a year for unlimited planners. There is no free download of the full planner.

Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the job search planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
It starts in the current month and runs for 6 months by default, so you don't pay for pages that have already gone. In the builder you can choose any start month and year and a length from 3 months to 5 years, so something you're planning a year ahead fits too. Or switch to undated and write the dates in yourself.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 123 pages. That includes 6 month pages, 27 weekly pages, the Job Search, Projects & Meetings, Goals and Contacts & Dates pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
