Your goal
Write when I need to, without pressure
Your goal
Keep the memories I'm afraid of losing
Your goal
Take one small kind step for myself each day
It's undated, so there's no pressure to keep up. Open it when you need it.
Each page has a gentle prompt, such as 'Today I miss…' or 'A memory I want to keep'. If something else is on your mind, write that instead.
A small box on each page asks how you're feeling today, without needing an explanation.
Another box asks for one small kind thing: a walk, a meal with a friend, an early night.
Write down stories, phrases and details you're afraid of forgetting. They'll be here when you want them.
A grief journal should be gentle, flexible and yours. This one includes:
Twelve undated month pages where you can note anniversaries and hard dates. No weekly or daily pages.
60 journal pages, each with a gentle prompt, a box for how you're feeling and a box for one small thing for yourself.
Affirmations, weekly gratitude pages and 24 open journal pages.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital grief journal is private on your own device, and you can paste in photos of the person you're missing.
Many people prefer writing grief by hand. Print the pages on A5 and keep them somewhere quiet.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

If grief feels overwhelming, talk to your doctor, a bereavement service or a counselor. If you're thinking about harming yourself, contact a crisis line or emergency services straight away.

Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 174 pages. That includes 12 month pages, the Grief Journal and Gratitude & Journal pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
