Copy every exam, skills check-off and assignment date into the assignment and exam trackers, and mark clinical days on the month calendar.
Courses like pharmacology and med-surg are printed on the daily pages and the grade tracker, so homework and grades are always sorted by course.
The clinical log records the date, site or unit, preceptor, hours and skills performed, with a column for a signature. No patient identifiers.
Each drug card has the class, action, uses, dose and route, side effects, contraindications and nursing considerations. Twenty are included.
The care plan pages walk through assessment data, nursing diagnosis, goals, interventions, rationale and evaluation for practice cases.
Log each session's topic, number of questions and score, and the weak areas to review. The pattern shows which systems need more time before exams.
A nursing school planner needs school pages, clinical pages and somewhere for exam prep. This one includes:
School-year pages from August with a page for every day: an hourly schedule, a classes-and-homework table with your nursing courses, a due-soon list and notes. Weekly pages carry your goal actions.
A clinical log, 12 care plan pages, 20 drug cards, a practice question tracker and 12 Cornell notes pages.
Class schedules, semester overviews, a monthly assignment tracker, exam planners and a grade tracker.
Weekly study planners by course, focus-session pages and lecture or reading notes pages.
Mood pixels, a self-care menu and a wellness tracker, because nursing school is demanding.
Every section can be switched off in the builder, and sections from other planners can be added.
A digital nursing student planner keeps lecture notes, drug cards and your schedule on one iPad, and you can paste diagrams or slides next to Cornell notes. Check your placement's rules about devices on the unit.
A printable version is handy for clinical days: print a few drug cards and the clinical log on A5 and keep them in your bag, and keep the rest digital. One purchase includes both.
One goal, followed through a single week. The milestone and weekly actions are the kind of lines the AI goal step writes onto your month and week pages; the daily notes are what you add by hand.

No. It includes a practice question tracker where you log the topic, how many questions you did, your score and weak areas to review, whichever question bank you use. It doesn't contain exam questions itself.
You can build this nursing school planner and flip through every page in your browser for free, with a watermark. The tabs and links work in the preview, so you can check the layout before you pay. Yes. Choose A5, A4, US Letter or Half Letter in the builder for a printable PDF with a wider inner margin for hole punching. Printable and digital sizes come with the same purchase, so you can use the nursing school planner on a tablet and print the pages you want on paper.
It starts in August and runs to July by default. In the builder you can choose any start month and year, including this month so you don't pay for pages that are already past, and a 12 or 18-month length. Switch to undated if you'd rather write the dates yourself.
Only the goal parts, and only if you want it to. Type up to six goals and the AI writes a milestone for each month and a short action for each week onto your month and week pages, plus a motto for each month. You can edit every line before you download. Everything else, from the calendar pages to the trackers, is yours to fill in by hand. You can try it 3 times a day without an account.
With the default settings it comes to about 637 pages. That includes 12 month pages, 53 weekly pages, 365 daily pages, the Nursing School, School, Study and Wellness pages and 20 notes pages. Switching off daily pages or sections makes it shorter, and the builder shows the total as you change things.
Set your dates, device and goals, flip through the preview free, and pay only when it's right.
